Poor control in inventory and management team need change fresh blood

politic inter department and no harmony.

some department quite understaffed, not a lot of fresh graduates presence. no built in foodstores or restaurants (only water dispenser, vending machines and pantry, need to go outside to eat or bring your own food) Very limited parking and need to pay for outside parking (if not will be fined by Penang Council)

Worst Company - toxic office environment. Lousy System Lousy management lead

- a lot of things do manual and they expect you to be able to do everything yourself
