Bad management who only treat their favourites nicely and give the benefits extra compare to others. Some can even work remotely outside of the country.

- favouritism. if the leader likes you, they’ll promote you without even looking at your hard skills or leadership - the HRs??????? not to mention one of them actually bashes and critiques applicants who send in resumes, even writing long essays to “educate” them or replying directly to their emails. not sure when the company plans to send her a warning - super late payment terms, from 60 to 90 days. finance never processes payments on time, and you’ll end up stressed with KOLs constantly chasing for updates

Never worked with such a biased and micromanaging environment. Always chasing the revenues and never think about the employees

While the company offers standard benefits, allowance or incentive wise could be better

Nothing much to say. Overall was okay

- if youre looking for a stable job and income this is not the place. Increment and incentive/bonuses are as high as 1-2% to none existent. - people here are bias, two faced and sly they will promise you something and go back on it. - no training at all people dont know what to do but are forced to 'figure out' - poor appraisal structure to make you look bad if ur not doing more than what they pay you - if ur good at ur job they will give you more work with no extra pay - they dont uphold their own company values and abuses the word empathy/ altruism for companys own gain - always pushing more to people than what thyre capable and run by 'mean girls' - hr only protects their fav and will label miscommunication when there is clear disrespect and unprofessionalism. - basically this company dont care about you and don't know what they are doing but will make it seem like they do - they will ask you ur challenges lik they care and end up telling you other people are going thru worse and be defensive - incapable gm & incapable hr hire and lift up more incapable people.
