Exposure to a wide variety of tenants and exciting events. Opportunity to work with with professionals from different backgrounds and industries did provide some valuable learning experiences.

Colleagues are pitted against each other, and there is a distinct culture of favouritism. Constructive criticism is often misconstrued as a personal attack, which makes it nearly impossible to have open and honest conversations. Old-School Practices: Pavilion appears to be stuck in the past regarding its work practices. Technology and innovation are met with scepticism, and there is a reliance on outdated processes that hinder efficiency and progress. The resistance to change makes it difficult for employees to adapt and stay competitive in their respective fields. Hierarchical Structure: The company's hierarchical structure is stifling, with decisions made at the top and little room for input from lower-level employees. This top-down approach stifles creativity and innovation, as fresh ideas are often dismissed or ignored. The lack of empowerment leaves employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Work-Life Balance: One of the most glaring issues at Pavilion is its complete disregard for work-life balance. The company seems to believe that employees should be available 24/7, and the expectation to be constantly connected to work is nothing short of exhausting. This lack of balance has a detrimental impact on employees' well-being.
