Old-School Practices: Pavilion appears to be stuck in the past regarding its work practices. Technology and innovation are met with scepticism, and there is a reliance on outdated processes that hinder efficiency and progress. The resistance to change makes it difficult for employees to adapt and stay competitive in their respective fields. Hierarchical Structure: The company's hierarchical structure is stifling, with decisions made at the top and little room for input from lower-level employees. This top-down approach stifles creativity and innovation, as fresh ideas are often dismissed or ignored. The lack of empowerment leaves employees feeling undervalued and demotivated.
