Pros

Training provided every Monday to Saturday

Cons

They said working from Monday to Saturday but in fact everyday. You need to keep promoting their class to get commission there is no salary for this job. Your income based on how many student you can get to attend the class. If you don't get any students then you will be wasting your time because there will be no income.

Brand leader

Pros

Rules don’t apply equally — if the HOD likes you, you can get away with anything. If not, every small mistake becomes a big issue. Promotions are not based on performance, only on how well you can praise and please your superior. Hard work means nothing here unless you know how to play their game. 😉 They keep increasing the sales target again and again so that no one can actually hit it. That way, they can avoid paying bonuses. When you ask about incentives, they’ll give excuses or empty promises. The structure here is a joke. There’s no proper guideline, no clear SOP, and no real leadership. The so-called “Chief Leader” doesn’t do much but still earns commission from our sales like an MLM system. It’s demotivating and unfair to everyone else.

Cons

Salary is not transparent. Some newcomers earn higher than seniors who have been here for years. No matter how loyal or hardworking you are, you’ll still feel underappreciated. The working culture is full of gossip, pressure, and fake smiles. HODs have no respect toward staff — they talk down to you like you’re a child. Many employees end up feeling anxious, burnt out, and mentally exhausted. Honestly, this place drains your energy, confidence, and happiness. There’s no real career growth, no mental peace, and no genuine appreciation.

Marketing

Pros

I would say the pros that I get while working here is that they teach and guide you about marketing if you're new to it I bet you have a lot to learn from it

Cons

If you lack prior experience in marketing or sales, this role might be challenging initially. However, it provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain firsthand experience. It requires resilience, the ability to persuade and engage potential clients effectively, and a willingness to embrace a fast-paced, demanding environment. While the position may not offer flexible hours or standard days off—typically one full day off and an additional half day of work—it is an excellent choice for those seeking to build mental fortitude and grow professionally.

Pros

Training good but thats about it.

Cons

- The work policy is highly inflexible and intrusive. We were required to sit for 8 continuous hours with only a fixed one-hour break, which severely restricted basic necessities like eating. Staff must even ask the Head of Department (HOD) for permission to pray, which is unacceptable and unnecessary oversight - My experience with HR was confusing and unprofessional. I was initially given conflicting information about the role (part-time vs. full-time) and the department failed to issue a formal employment contract or offer letter. This lack of official documentation creates massive job insecurity and confusion regarding basic terms of service. Kalau tak ada benda mutlak, rasanya kebajikan kita dijaga ke? Benda basic pun susah nak bagi so jangan harap la dapat work life balance. Work from home indah khabar dari rupa.
