Good company good boss good system

Training provided every Monday to Saturday

They don’t provide OT payment but wanted staff to do OT

Rules don’t apply equally — if the HOD likes you, you can get away with anything. If not, every small mistake becomes a big issue. Promotions are not based on performance, only on how well you can praise and please your superior. Hard work means nothing here unless you know how to play their game. 😉 They keep increasing the sales target again and again so that no one can actually hit it. That way, they can avoid paying bonuses. When you ask about incentives, they’ll give excuses or empty promises. The structure here is a joke. There’s no proper guideline, no clear SOP, and no real leadership. The so-called “Chief Leader” doesn’t do much but still earns commission from our sales like an MLM system. It’s demotivating and unfair to everyone else.

I would say the pros that I get while working here is that they teach and guide you about marketing if you're new to it I bet you have a lot to learn from it

during interview , Brand leader already mention whats benefit that i get and salary commission , allowance . so i working for 3 month n i achieve over my kpi n here brand officer just do marketing n invitation not need do sales or closing sales n get promoted to Permenant brand officer , got alot benefit when working , i also get gold bar 1g from company if achieve target kpi invitation and marketing and now 2024 i got promoted to Brand Leader . so totally happy with company got join alot events take picture 1 to 1 with artis sean lee, diana dianelle, farid kamil, misha . 0 Cons - Best toxic place! If you’re looking for a masterclass in favoritism, micromanagement, and gaslighting, congratulations — you’ve found the right place. This company is basically a playground for boomers who think manipulation is leadership. Promotions? Forget about hard work — only the lickers and pets of management get to climb up. HR? Don’t expect them to protect your rights. Their only job is to kiss management’s $$$ and leak your personal info straight to their favorite toxic coworkers. Privacy doesn’t exist here. 99.9% of the so-called “leaders” are nothing but fake, manipulative puppets trained to squeeze every ounce of life out of you. Salary? Lower than the underground. Work-life balance? Non-existent. They’ll invade your personal life and drain you until you’ve got nothing left. This isn’t just a bad workplace, it’s a full-blown nightmare factory. Enter at your own risk — once you’re in, you’ll realize survival means either becoming a bootlicker or getting crushed.

The kind of experience you wouldn’t wish to anyone!

The jobscope ain't that hard, all u have to do is promote the company thru social media and help potential students into joining mandarin classes. The lack of basic salary is understandable, as I've had experience working in similar fields for years even before joining this company. And they legitimately teach mandarin so this place isn't a scam. But these pros also apply if ur a self-employed tbh, not rly have to do with the company itself. I do think it's much easier to work here as a part-timer aka BA, less stress and expectations, and u don't have to directly deal with the management. Don't even need to join zoom meetings so ig there's credit where it's due. It's the true flexible work as promised by the company itself. I am staying mainly bcs I do geniunely enjoy the job, whenever someone thanked me for helping them to learn mandarin, it never failed to send butterflies in me. Not to mention it's rly easy to do alongside my main job. TLDR; I would recommend this job if: - ur looking for an easy side income simply via ur phone - u love helping others to learn mandarin - u wanna try delving into social media content creation and building ur personal branding from scratch - u don't mind not meeting fast and sustainable earnings at first Definitely not the best company I've worked in, though.

I’ve been working here for over 11 years, growing from a tutor to a management position. Honestly, this company has changed my life, not because it’s perfect, but because it gives those who are serious about learning, growing, and performing the chance to shine. Like any company, expectations are high, and performance is monitored closely. Those who are disciplined and proactive tend to stay for many years (just like many of us still here). However, those who struggled with discipline or performance may have found it challenging and that’s understandable, but it doesn’t mean the company is toxic. Here, effort is recognized, ideas are welcomed, and loyalty is appreciated. I’ve seen many colleagues build stable income, work-from-home flexibility, and strong friendships through this platform. When I first joined the company, what stood out the most was how structured everything was. From data to SOP, there is always a clear direction to follow. For me, this became a strong learning environment, because I was never left alone to figure things out...leaders and colleagues are always willing to share their experience. The company also encourages continuous learning and trying new things, which helped me build new skills and confidence. On top of that, the wfh flexibility made a big difference for me personally, allowed me to take better care of my family while still focusing on my career.
