Flexible working hours, as long as you finish delivering all of your parcel of the day
Cons
They have parcel coming twice a day, so you need to do your work twice instead of deliver it all at once

Used to be a place of good culture. Ever since Alibaba took over the reins, it's slowly turning into a sweat shop like those in China.
So many, where do I start? I think the main issue is that Alibaba doesn't treat staff like humans anymore. They see us more like robots, to work according to their direction, sometimes forcing decisions with questionable business ethics, and replaceable anytime they decide. Strategy from above changes consistently indicating a lack of awareness or even alignment of those top hats from China.
Good company working at all
