Not much supervision, as long as get the job done. There is a monthly meeting discussing problems and solutions. Staff from HQ can give good advices and guidances.
The management and communication is poor. They didn't have a standard operational procedure(especially when it comes to trouble shooting). Hence, they couldn't solve some of the existing problems. They also didnt have a proper budget for company spending. Some of the things need to be changed or maintained regularly.
