Pros

Everyone is well dressed and energetic during the interview.

Cons

Interviewer will give you very good image about the company keep mentioning about teamwork spirit and gaslighting you. No EPF / SOCSO , talking about work life balance but need to work 6 days a week 9am-6pm (only can choose to rest either SAT or SUN)

There are a lots of unknown people asking the person to wear formal suits without any further details. However, the interview seems like going to attend for a bunch of group interview. It's quite a weird interview sessions who might ask someone to interview in a group form

- Pandemic can affect working hours and pay - Career advancement is also questionable - Management can affect your career progression, depend on who u get to mentor you - If you want stability, this job is not for you - Management may share things directly and not sugarcoat on advice like honest truths - 6 working days

Non basic salary and time to do work. Sometime you need to work 10 hour a day

- Only paid in commission, no base salary. Income increases when you have more people under you, like a pyramid scheme - Company felt a little bit like a cult - No work life balance - Must work on weekends
