• You get to develop your hard + soft skills and gain hands-on experience from well-known clients. • Colleagues are generally friendly & cooperative, regardless of interests, beliefs and language proficiency. • Convenient transportation (Free parking at housing area or MRT nearby).
One of the tools I used for my top priority task is sometimes slow and problematic, so this affected my ability in managing time.
LU7 functions as a team, even when they expands, everyone works well together.
Work life balance in an agency needs to be improved.
Exposed to various clients-great for your portfolio, with pressure and rushing deadlines you can improve your skill fast, like any other agency. The senior colleagues has great skill. The work system is pretty neat. A convenience 2 min walking distance from LRT for those who prefer public transport.
They expect everyone to be in one specific traits personality - definitely not open to embracing individual personality. Great place to work for people who treat workplace as 'family and best friends vibes'. Not recommended for people who just want to work not to hangout (as we should). Be prepare for dramas. Client will be prioritised rather than staff wellbeing.
Light up 7 have a good culture. Good team,
Sometimes the work is to much and unpredictable make it hard to balance work and life
- Encouraging environment, colleagues & supervisors - Learn new skills everyday as it is a hands-on experience - Feedback is given to improve one self
- Industry is fast paced, be ready to improvise, adapt and overcome
Working at Light Up 7 has been an incredibly fulfilling experience! The work environment is both dynamic and supportive—everyone here genuinely wants to see each other succeed. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong emphasis on work-life balance, which allows me to stay productive without feeling burnt out. Beyond the daily grind, the company actively organizes engaging activities and team events that keep things fun and help build real connections across departments. I truly feel like I’m part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. Proud to be part of the Light Up 7 family!
I wish I can work remotely but not really a deal breaker.
It was okay to work here if you are a newbie; this is the place to learn before you fly.
Not suitable for long term career growth
There are not many companies like LIGHT UP7. There are even less shared service environments like LU7 Operations. Every single person is equal, your opinion matters, your ideas acted upon. The culture is second to none, there able to maintain this with a healthy balance of hybrid working - home days and collaborative teams days. They invest in you both professionally and academically. The senior management is present and available always and there is zero hierarchical leading. It’s refreshing to find an operations function always striving to be better and providing that work life balance everyone looks for. What’s more being part of the success of this company makes you walk around with a sense of pride. LU7 attracts the exact people it wants - hard-working, innovative, determined staff who have one of the best team ethics I have seen. I see my career prospering at LU7 in many ways - keep doing what your doing and maintain the excellent leadership and values held by everyone within Operations.
There is nothing I can put as a con! It ticks every box for how a business should be ran - a huge emphasis on people!
Understanding management, gain a lot of experience, always growing and learning, amazing supportive team.
Occasional OT but we get compensation so it's not too bad
