Pros

Cons

Low salary with high workload Toxic relationship between departments Spying on the employees

Pros

a) The working environment is positive and can be supportive, especially when employees take the initiative to communicate and engage. Support here works both ways. The seniors are generally approachable, but it also depends on one’s attitude and willingness to step forward. Collaboration is driven more by behavior and professionalism. b)Career growth exists. Career growth is possible when consistency and responsibility are demonstrated. Rather than relying solely on expectations of bonuses, promotions, or benefits, employees who focus on personal development, discipline, and delivering results tend to gain trust and opportunities over time.

Cons

a) no hybrid b) less fun activity

Pros

- The work environment is generally positive, with a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. - The company provides free fresh fruit on a weekly basis, which is a nice perk for employees. - The Chairman and General Manager are approachable and open to new ideas. They encourage creativity and provide opportunities to implement your suggestions.

Cons

- The HR department often acts as a "yes" team, complying with management directives even when they contradict employment laws. They lack a proper understanding of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and often place employees on PIP without valid reasons. Requests for evidence during showcause letters are often ignored, leading to a lack of transparency. - If you tender your resignation, HR may neglect to acknowledge it until your last day. In some cases, they pressure employees to change the resignation date so they can leave immediately or within the same week. - The office houses several companies under the same parent company, and the CEO of one of these companies exhibits unprofessional behavior. This CEO has been known to make inappropriate and offensive joke, towards Muslim staff. - The CEO has also been known to bring expired food into the office pantry and insist it’s still safe to eat. Employees feel forced to secretly dispose of the food to avoid being reprimanded. - The company engages in unethical practices by using pirated software to cut costs. Legitimate software is only provided to the bosses, while the rest of the staff are expected to use unauthorized programs.

Pros

No comment here. Cause I don't see any good things to share over here.

Cons

Underpay. A very inexperienced CEO and management. No job security. Beware working here because they will keep extend your probation with no proper reason. And on the 5th month, they will fire you on the spot and tell you they have all the rights. KPI given to you is different than the contract given.

Pros

- Great colleagues who foster a collaborative environment. - Weekly fruit snacks provided, which is a nice touch.

Cons

- The workload is overwhelming, as employees are often expected to handle the responsibilities of 3 to 4 people without the company hiring additional staff or providing adequate compensation. - Management consistently discourages employees from leaving work on time, with the CEO even demanding that any time spent on personal necessities, like using the restroom, be "paid back" in minutes worked. - New companies are registered under staff members' names without their prior consent. While employees are not directly forced to sign as company directors, they are persistently pressured, including being approached by a lawyer until they agree to sign. - The finance department is notoriously rude, and the HR team is unreliable, with high turnover rates and slow, often unresponsive communication. The HR manager, who is based in China, frequently fails to address employee concerns in a timely manner.
