Nothing as far as I know

I work in an area of the business that was purchased by Mastercard 5 years ago and a lot of the "old guard" still think they're in a start up and not part of a larger company, who have structures in place, it's a very frustrating part of the business to work in.

No cons as such in this company

stressful and boring, hard to get promoted, sales staff are valued much more than others

Can get a bit monotonous

No cons as such feel yet

Lack of loyalty to current employees

- Slow org - Tech stack is poor and non performant (Data base in particular) - Repetitive projects - Salary

Too many Nepotism and bureaucracy
