Long hours, value of senior leadership diluted with recent hires from Big 4

None so far while working over there

Outside office hour work might be required on some months

Difficult to progress projects. Too many layers of approvals to move fast

Their only cons which i feel personally is job security, mastercard announces layoff sometime, which makes it feel unstable for employees.

The only con would be if you work for a part of the business that was an acquisition, then its never the same as being in the corporate

When acquisition is done they should know how the acquired organisation culture is as I personally think the acquired organisation does not get into the policies of MC ASAP and they run with their own policies which impacts employees moral (this is for finicity which is acquired by MA recently)

Leadership is not really transperant
