Highly segregated structure, sometime confusing

Jargon is a real issue, they use so many acronyms, many of them internal, It make following conversations and meetings difficult at times. They have some old processes that can be very convoluted and difficult to follow. They are large, it can be difficult to find the right person or team to get answers. this at times leads to very different answers and slow movement on projects.

It is now a big corporate after all, with all the effects

Pay can be better. Working hours can be balanced a bit
