You don't get to do real product, the roles that might come close to this start with Director or President Everything is very hierarchical and layered, decisions being taken top down, so you end up executing. Role is closer to Product Owner/Customer Journey Expert/Feature Engineer Bonus incentives are laughable, while they keep saying how they empower people

Sometimes working hybrid sucks you into working longer hours at home, but that is more so a personal problem of not logging off at a normal time. Really no cons for me, this is the best company I've ever worked for. I hope to retire from here!
