There is not much cons for working at mastree, when I was working, in a short period of time sales teams were shuffled often unnecessarily making a lot of my colleagues and I feel uncomfortable

Work life balance time management long hours

sudden payout changes which affect us

Pay is less Teachers are responsible for sales

Company faced a lot of financial issues

had no idea in which direction the company was headed

Office space wasn't that great.

Lack of foresight, watershed management style, unethical laying off.

Few classes. No growth in the company.

Mass layoffs, 6 days working, disorganized startup culture, top management changes strategy every 2 weeks and is rude and unprofessional to all staff
