Some senior employees engaged in unprofessional behavior, including taking over customers I was assisting, which directly impacted my commissions. The company was inconsistent and unclear about working hours. Initially, a memo suggested that staying longer was acceptable, but once management noticed employees doing overtime (to help with high customer volume or assist colleagues), a sudden memo would be discouraging it. Also, schedule will change over many times which will cause certain employee to get more shifts than others. This will disrupt all daily plans as if we are kept as back up in case if an employee couldn't make it and it will only be notified few days before which seems inconvenient. Commission rates are different depending on people, not experience. If they like you, you will be offered more. Advice to Potential Applicants: If you're someone who values fairness, clear communication, and a healthy work environment, proceed with caution. Be prepared for inconsistent management practices and limited support if issues arise. While the brand may appear creative and inspiring on the outside, the internal culture may not reflect the same values.
