Sales and marketing
Idk for me personally there no "good" point
I left my previous job (which paid RM2300) for this role, thinking it would be a proper, stable position — big mistake on my part. What I didn’t realize until I started was that the job basically involved standing by the roadside and approaching random strangers to talk about “NGO programs.” It was pitched to me as a sales or marketing role involving events, but in reality, it was more like door-to-door fundraising — except outdoors. The more people you convince to “donate monthly,” the more commission you earn. No basic salary, no benefits, just commission. Personally, it felt very suspicious — like the “NGO” part was just being used as a cover to make it sound noble. I felt misled because the job description and briefing made it seem like something totally different. If you’re a fresh graduate just looking for any experience and don’t mind commission-only street work, maybe it’s worth a try. But if you’re expecting a real office job, please, do your research first. I learned my lesson the hard way.
Best point was the commission based, so can control how much I want to earn this week. For me as a fresh grad, really satisfied with the numbers haha. Work hard play hard ~ People here also very nice, friendly and willing to help each other
So far so good, haven’t face any cons yet
