About Us
Neptrix was founded in 2012 at the National University of Singapore (NUS) by a group of founding members who aimed to apply their business and technology knowledge to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Initially a reseller of well-known ERP systems, the founders identified challenges local manufacturers faced when adapting European technologies due to cultural and methodological differences. In 2015, Neptrix invested in a development team based in Penang, Malaysia, and released its proprietary Manufacturing System, InfoHub, in 2016. The company expanded by establishing Neptrix Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2017 to better serve overseas customers and continued developing its InfoHub platform with successive versions. Neptrix has been awarded contracts such as managing the Penang Automation Cluster and has experienced steady revenue growth. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Neptrix secured high-profile customers in Singapore and is actively expanding into regional markets.
What We Do
Neptrix develops and provides the Neptrix Smart Factory System, a lightweight and modular platform designed to simplify digital transformation for manufacturers. This system enables manufacturers to embrace Industry 4.0 technologies easily and cost-effectively, helping them unlock operational excellence and accelerate growth. Neptrix supports manufacturers in building smart factories rapidly, positioning itself as a trusted transformation partner. The company has multiple offices in Singapore and Malaysia to serve its customers.
