No work life balance. They expect you to pick up your phone 24/7. They expect you to sacrifice your personal time especially friday. Every once a month they expect you to sacrifice 24hours work with no pay from Friday to Saturday morning. Overtime has no pay. No insurance offered.

The company will ask you to sign 2 years bond contract. So, think! Advice for Fresh grads: You will learn things here. Advice for Seasoned Engineers: This is where you will have to do all dirty works to real IT engineer tasks. IT support services are outsourced to clients so you know the drills. - Great Manager and colleagues but weird owner. Even the manager and colleagues are great and if owner is a bummer? you know what will happen I believe.
The owner is king of manipulation. Owner will promise you this and that but most of the important things that got you, will rarely happen. So you better write down or have proof of what the owner promised you to avoid shocks. Taking sick leave, annual leaves can be very stressful as the company runs with very limited manpower. Basic insurance plan is not for new joiners. So you do not have one. When you visit client places from Point A, B,C and D, you will have to spend your own money as the company will not pay for it. Some OT jobs are not compensated and it is considered your loyalty to the company. If you cannot commit 2-year of bond period, take very serious consideration beforehand. The company value is built on the foundation of working hours and coming back to office and being around the owner. It means that you are expected to spend additional hours reporting back to office right after you really work hard at client places. Example, you are tasked to work at a client place from 9am to 6am. Then the company will ask you to come back to the office for meetings and other appointments that will force you to stay until 9pm, 10pm,or 11pm. Reserve your Fridays for the company as they will destroy your Fridays frequently.
