Colleagues are good there, location friendly
Management is not good, manpower not enough
The working environment is positive, and the colleagues are friendly and supportive. There’s minimal office politics, making it easier to focus on work.
The workload is often heavy and not aligned with the salary. Expectations are high, but incentives are rarely given. One staff is expected to take on multiple roles under the name of multitasking, which leads to burnout.

- bad boss - few toxic employees (not all) - boss being bossy attitude - micro manage (check cctv) - no extra allowance and leave if work on weekends and PH - effort will not be appreciated - always receive group msg after working hours & weekends
