everyone is helping everyone and no politics with-in team. products are matured enough and customer base is increasing year by year.
Career growth is little bit of concern due to resources constraint. Imbalance between Engineering and QA team sometimes creates chaos but everyone is overloaded (Hey its still a start-up). If upper management creates hierarchy in the team then it would help career growth to everyone.
Unique Ideas around attribute-based access controls and overall security.
Too small a company and if they don't keep up with the development the product is more harm than good. They need to get a major round of funding (unlikely) or acquired by a bigger company to get this into hundreds of clients and speed development but really that bus left 3 years ago. Vera and others will eventually, if not already, be a lower cost and better solution.
