- have office - you can stay at the office if you don't have home to stay - good for internship experience because they treat you like a real staff yet paid you like an intern. save them a lot of money.
Cons
- overwork, no bonus or payment per project - no OT, you must need to work and meeting even after office hour (night time), public holiday or MC - If cannot attend to office there's options for remote or hybrid work which mean no rest for you just like me - bunch of project with poor handling, structure, and expertise yet with very low payment. Basically you handle everything. - racist with others especially Indian. I'm not indian so I know the true colour behind their mask. - fake hopes and fake promises (focus in career development). - no work life balance unless you want to be a slave
