Challenging Work Environment The work environment can feel demanding at times, with expectations to stay connected during holidays and medical leave, as indicated in management’s communications. Limited Work-Life Balance There is an expectation for employees to be available outside of standard working hours, which made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Support During Personal Challenges In difficult personal situations, I found it challenging to receive the support I needed, and some interactions with management felt less empathetic than I would have hoped. Concerns with HR Practices I had concerns about how certain issues were handled by HR, as I felt that some matters I raised weren’t addressed effectively or with the expected level of confidentiality. Offboarding Experience There were some delays in receiving my final pay, which caused additional stress during the transition period. Survey Process Employees were encouraged to give positive feedback in surveys aimed at securing external recognition, though my personal experience didn’t fully align with the survey results.
