- Open working culture across the board, making each tier of management very accessible - Potential for personal growth - Small team but this attributes to agility

- Upper management always open to hearing your ideas no matter your position on the company - Care for the wellbeing of their employees; always making sure whatever you're doing in your current position will help to supplement your future career / personal goals - Good company culture and fosters a supportive environment; very much like a tribe! - No strict clock-in / clock-out hours, as long as you've completed your tasks your duties and based on trust in their employees - Very open communication across the everyone in the company; everyone is open to what state the company is in (profitability wise and most of upper-management related) - Birthday leave and half-day leaves on the eve of festivities! (CNY, Raya, Deepavali and Christmas) - Office very accessible via public transport (close to LRT and Monorail stations, MRT Pasar Seni is only 2 stops away)

- Management has changed & improved a lot compared to the "old Nuffnang days" as they are open and willing to hear you out. - Encouraging and supportive culture not only in terms of work but friendship. - You will definitely learn a lot when in Nuffnang as almost everyone is willing to share their knowledge and advice. Employees work hard and play hard too.
