I can tell there's nothing pros
The boss made lots of promises but never acknowledge them in the end, and she is very emotional. They keep bragging how awesome they are but not really. So be careful and think properly before you join.
You got high-spec computer and mobile phone for working.
The management is very micromanage. They don't trust you. They think they know better than you. Very not good environment. Low salary. High turnover rate. No career growth. You will learn nothing from OSD. As a graphic designer, I also have to do the marketing stuff which is not in my job scope. I have to edit and shoot 4 videos per day which is kind of impossible with short timeline.
