Pros

Best company to work for work life balance, very flexible, outcome-based. If you like to work with a leader with high integrity, you will like this workplace

Cons

Financially not very stable, business ideas change every 6 months or so, leader can sometimes be easily influenced by other members in the leadership team

Had a wonderful experience with the CEO and COO. They were both kind and very employee centered. They balance between performance and empathy very well.

Pros

I had really good time working at OpenLearning, it has really good working culture, nice colleagues and flexible working settings, one can work remotely. Working at OL is also rewarding because people always appreciate your work and your effort.

Not much clear instruction and resources when it comes to career development

Pros

- Remote working - Flexible timing - Optical and Dental - Cash subsidies - Supportive teammates - Empowering and supportive managers - No politics (at least none that I can see) - Education/professional development focused (training allocation also provided) - monthly events and bi-weekly virtual games globally with other teams - claimable mileage for business related

Cons

- company is not that stable revenue-wise - thus we are unable to afford any expensive events - no internet allowance for WFH - no parking allowance or claims for coming to office (different from meeting clients or gov entities - that part is claimable) - no bonus due to the first point
