- Company has a very "Chinese" environment and work culture - Management decides everything blindly without listening to feedback/explanation - High turnover rate is normal here - Don't apply here unless you want to sell your soul to a company who doesn't appreciate it's employees
Potential company, able to growth
Very weird Malaysian - Singaporean lady boss. Very potential company but this lady boss don’t understand Malaysia industry and keep on give wrong direction. Request sales and marketing to work during weekend and change the sales target weekly which is crazy. When she dislike someone she will fire that person. Bad working culture! Very selfish lady boss. Highly not recommended!!!

It’s not that there are disadvantages; rather, there is room for improvement. And precisely because it’s not yet perfect, it gives us the opportunity to make it better.
The company is paying higher salary compared to others, but working 6 days a week and always have to be prepared for random changes.
By far, this is the worst management and SOP I had ever encountered. The whole company employees are just unable to cope as a team, and the information collected are not equally shared among, causing some of the employees are fighting at the frontline, while some just had no idea of the updates. All of the people here just have the idea of working as a team, and instead, expecting everyone to give immediate response without any time gap to response.
Company is good, work life balance, with so many staff working together. Pay well, all department are working and connected together well.
Transformation from SME to Corporate always difficult. People accept, people reject. It is base on the trust of the company.
