- The PIC is extremely strict and practices favoritism. If you are her favorite, everything is fine. If not, she may cut or change your working hours to indirectly pressure you to resign. - For part-timers, there are no benefits or incentives. You are expected to work very hard, but you only receive basic hourly pay. - Career growth is very slow. It is difficult to move up to a full-time position, and again must be the favourite staff!
- The salary is quite good compared to the workload. - Some colleagues and seniors are supportive and helpful.
