We've been working remotely ever since COVID happened and it has been wonderful. Employees are more productive when we are not micromanaged and that's the beauty of working in this company.

While Payrollpanda has some positive aspects, I believe that there are significant areas for improvement in terms of training and development: Companies can invest in their employees' professional development by providing training opportunities, mentorship programs, and career advancement plans.
