Bad experienced. Micro manage as need to handle more than 5 projects and imagine having 6/10 whatsapp project group.. and no proper tasks. Salary late paid and mental issue by owner. Always high tone and push staff.

Not pay salary on time...

Late salary every month if you are a staff, no last salary if you resigned. No contribution for EPF/SOCSO eventhough deducted in salary. Bad and messy management. Followed up with management to get the salary and they promised to pay but not received even after months. They were lying all the time. Company has too many debts from all parties.

Delivery rider rarely coming up to pickup/delivery items as company is at lvl 2 building

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Salaries were often late, and there were no contributions to EPF and SOCSO, which is a major concern for employee welfare. Additionally, the micromanagement was stifling, making it hard to perform effectively. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and supportive work environment.

Management too micromanage treat staff like childish and paranoid.

Avoid and stay away from this company. Have not received last salary since May, as well as other current staff. Have followed up with management few times and they promised to pay, but still not received until today after months. No contribution for EPF/SOCSO eventhough your salary is being deducted for it. Bad and messy management as well as too much micromanaging. If you want a feel of being a corporate dog, here is the place. The good things

lack of licensed software, management got personal issue, salary not on time (personal rating issue), lack of supporting staff, external issue (payment due to external parties)

Have to spend extra money for lunch due to lack of muslim restaurants. Bad traffic flow

A lot of projects to handle at a time. You will need to be prepared with good time management. Not really a negative thing though
