New area struggled with consistency. Managers were changing and Operators did not stay very long.

Some who have been there a while are unhappy , some turnover because of higher salaries elsewhere

Culture is toxic where executives minimize and ignore poor leadership behavior. There is a lack of integrity across the ELT resulting in burnout and an overall lack of trust in the organization.

Some internal organisations are under utilised and often left understaffed and unable to complete their duties.
