Not the most exciting projects to work on
Working at Pfizer I feel I'm involved in engaging in intellectually challenging and stimulating work. I have the opportunity to explore and solve complex problems, conduct research, and contribute to scientific advancements. Pfizer is a company that is constantly evolving, with new discoveries and technologies emerging regularly. In your current position, you have the opportunity to stay at the forefront of scientific knowledge, learn new techniques, and expand your expertise. This continuous learning can enhance your professional growth and keep you engaged in your work.
The only cons I have is that the pay might sometimes be lower compared to different biotech/ pharma companies in the area.
Covid vaccine support staff
Great people, reasonable time off, good meeting
Expense account approval is terrible
Senior manager
Good benefits (Bonus, stocks, performance award)
Did not care for their employees and how hard they worked.
Operations professional
Pfizer is truly diverse and looks for the right people for the job not what a degree says you should be good at.
There are not many cons to name. One that I have been dealing with is even though I'm salary to be better about the work/home balance. Sometimes that's difficult to do.
Automation engineer
Great learning environment, Health Benefits, Great teammates
Executive out of touch with the employees. Quiet firing via forcing return to office. Layoffs.
Helps you grow in your career
Too much restructuring makes it feel unstable
Flexible work schedule and great people
Pay is not that competitive
