Great culture, not cut through. Lots of CRGS, promote diversity. challenging work and good work/life balance.
Large companies = sometimes lots of rigid systems.
Project lead
excellent work place to be
No cons from my feeling
Senior principal scientist
Huge global footprint and well established name
Poor leadership from the CEO down to the senior managers. It's a company that lacks vision and focus and focuses too much on building a corporate culture of copycat science. Focus on shareholder value with high dividends while not investing back into the company

Incredible training environment; great people; great science; great team culture
Constant yearly reorganizations create a toxic environment where many employees are under constant worry of losing their jobs which affects productivity. Attrition of experienced and highly effective scientists over the last number of years will impact overall effectiveness/success of the company. The stock price/performance has been embarrassing relative to many peers.
Associate director, medical writer
Large MW department with many experienced writers and training opportunities.
Pfizer obviously is a huge organization and it’s complex and difficult to navigate. Often when I was assigned a mentor to help navigate working with a new team or on a new document, that writer was not helpful. The demands and workloads constantly increased. Pfizer seems to have it down to a science how to extract the most labor out of employees while giving the least possible back. They coerced all employees to be covid vaccinated at the threat of termination, even those who worked fully remotely. Also when I left my health insurance coverage ended on the day my employment ended even though they had deducted the premium for the whole month according to my paystub. This was not returned to me.
