Frequent change in leadership team and restructuring

Training is long and redundant

No major cons that can impact

Lots of administrative nonsense, which misaligned incentives in a very bad way. Company is extremely oriented toward wall street performance and communication, which makes it very short-termist. Finally, some managers take gender parity as an outcome, I have seen managers pulling women (mostly) into roles just to make sure they get 50/50 parity; again driven by bad incentives.

It could improve the salary since similar positions in another country are better payments despite having the same obligations.

I dont like Shift work,

stability of the company status

Showcasing all the time (good work doesn't get you promoted, you have to go to great efforts to show-off)

CEO and culture are ruining the company

Slow & delayed growth opportunities in terms of promotions
