Pros

Pros - team members are helpful, really willing to help each other out - same founder as Tribe Boxing, get perks like free classes

Cons

Cons - founder and management team is messy.. Poor & unclear communication style, poor leadership, not the type that empowers you, kinda fake, boss sitting in the meeting room everyone silent don't dare to speak up type and yet question why things are not working out - sui bian say performance issue when they like. All seems good, then one day you make a mistake, boom, you are on their red list. Once that happens, most are historically let go in less than 2 weeks. - turnover rate is very VERY high, some think they last when they come in, soon enough it's their turn to be scrutinized once you mess up - (as of 2025) office is at Arcoris MK, unless you get a seasonal pass, be prepared to be pay for 2-3 samans for parking on roadside + running out of office to repark car when authorities comes - (as of 2025) Office is the upper deck INSIDE Tribe Boxing MK, working in club-like music, no quiet meeting facilities unless pay to go cafes in Arcoris - Many from renowned companies and extremely qualified people has come and left within less than 6 months, all can't tahan the founder's working style - same management for Tribe Boxing MK, so be prepared to work for both companies as a shared resource and future projects. Don't waste your time here if you're looking for career growth, looks good on instagram and all so cool, but behind the scenes it's very messy and not an ideal place to work in. Think about it yourself: If management is good, why only still 1 pickleball branch at KLGCC after 2 years when everyone else is opening more outlets?

Pros

Higher ups are very helpful and understanding. Comfortable working space at the front desk.

Cons

You're exposed to a very fast working environment very early on. Some may see this as a good thing, others not. Personally, it helped and taught me alot.
