Pros

Good for career advancement and for people who really wanna explore on self growing (not suit for those look for routine). It's a great place for fresh for exploring.

Cons

Tend to be overwhelming during peak period, you're required to be Superman/Superwomen. And for company benefit have room to improve.

Pros

There are no pros working in this company. IIf I can give 0 stars. It would be 0/5

Cons

Absolutely miserable place to work. The salary is a joke — barely enough to survive. and to make it worse, they can’t even pay it on time. they’ll delay your salary as long as legally possible. If the final legal date to pay salary is the 15th, you can bet your life they’ll pay it on the evening of the 14th at 11:59PM just to avoid legal trouble. Because that’s how considerate and ‘professional’ they are. No seniors to guide you, no proper training, and you’re expected to magically know everything. The management is a complete disaster, clueless and only interested in blaming others for their incompetence. HR is the only decent person in the building. The bosses here are some of the worst people you’ll ever encounter. They’re rude, condescending, and abusive. They constantly insult employees, call people stupid They love to meddle in your personal matters — asking intrusive questions about your family, relationship status, private issues, and then gossiping about it with others like it’s office entertainment. They’ll use your personal struggles against you later when it benefits them. Forget about voicing your ideas or opinions. Here, you’re just a disposable tool. The boss has no shame telling you to your face that you mean nothing, that you’re replaceable, and that he could pick anyone from the streets or a trash bin to do your job. He openly mocks the accounts department. On top of that, they love bragging about how many clients they’re taking in — chasing every single one for profit without a single thought about whether the existing employees can even handle the workload. They’re severely understaffed but refuse to hire or even acknowledge how overworked everyone is. Then when you struggle, they act like it’s your fault. They talk about ‘teamwork’ in every meeting but immediately contradict themselves by saying “you’re all competitors” and making it clear they love to pit employees against one another. It’s a toxic, backstabbing environment where people are forced to tear each other down to survive. Expect to be micromanaged like a child, monitored for every toilet break, every lunch hour, every second you’re not glued to your desk. Leaving work on time? Get ready for sarcastic remarks about your ‘commitment’ or loyalty. Toxic favoritism runs the place — if you’re not part of their clique, you’re garbage. Promotions and pay raises are based on bias and brown-nosing, not your actual work. Public shaming is a regular thing here — they’ll call you out in meetings, compare you to others, and make degrading comments to ‘motivate’ you through fear. The turnover rate is through the roof. People leave faster than they can hire. Management blames everyone but themselves for creating a hellish, soul-crushing work culture. Mental health doesn’t exist here — if you show signs of stress or exhaustion, you’ll be mocked or told to ‘toughen up.’ The worst part is how they destroy your mental health. You’ll wake up every morning filled with anxiety about what insult or humiliation is waiting for you that day. You’re constantly on edge, afraid of making even a small mistake The constant mental strain, combined with zero appreciation, zero guidance, and relentless negativity, slowly crushes you. This place doesn’t just wear you out physically — it breaks you down mentally and emotionally. This place doesn’t just drain you professionally — it breaks you personally. It’s a toxic nightmare of a workplace. Avoid it like the plague.

Pros

Honestly, none. Its the worst company i ever worked for.

Cons

• Extremely toxic working environment where stress and burnout are the norm. • Manager constantly micromanages everything & they always criticise & scold you. • You’re forced to work until midnight and even on weekends, with promises of “OT pay” only if your results are good enough. • Very poor management structure, zero proper planning or communication. • Poor handover task, they simply handover you a task without proper assigning. • High staff turnover because people constantly resign because they can’t take it anymore. • The company mostly hires young and inexperienced employees, probably because they’re easier to overwork and underpay.

Pros

Some coworkers are friendly and supportive

Cons

Toxic environment, no healthy communication, just a constant tension. The boss also always believes he’s right and doesn’t take feedback from anyone. The management style is intimidating and makes employees feel small. The salary are not worth it because it’s quite underpaid compared to the workload and expectations.

Lowly employee

Pros

Even hitler has a pro, he loves dogs This place, has none

Cons

CLIENTS (MOST — BUT A FEW ARE KIND) - Management ALWAYS sides with them. (Keep this tattooed on your forehead.) - If they think you look even slightly “junior,” they will march straight to management — and like clockwork, management will scold you after. - Clients are always right - If the client is wrong, congratulations — you are still wrong. COMPANY AS A WHOLE - Wonderful team members and supportive colleagues - A pantry that resembles a feeding station for Maggi junkies - A refrigerator that functions exclusively as a decorative artifact - Company policies designed to meet the bare legal minimum, nothing more (especially for leave — while your friends enjoy full state + national holidays, you get the “legally-undeniable minimum package”) - A whimsical OT policy requiring a minimum of 4 weekend hours to count — anything below that, please donate your time with sincerity - Another brilliant OT rule: they can cut your OT if they feel you worked “too slowly” (should’ve just play games or sleep since the time wasn’t going to be paid anyway) - A proudly unapologetic probation policy: no annual leave + a medical claim limit so low (RM50 per receipt) that Panadol might bankrupt you - Company policies overall: minimalist, minimalist, and unfair MANAGEMENT - Refuses to acknowledge they’re the cause of the high turnover; instead, they call the staff “toxic,” like a crab lecturing its kids on walking straight - Experts at barking orders, allergic to guiding people - Intimidation by sarcasm and hostile tone is part of the daily ambiance - Dreams of becoming a Top 10 Audit Firm, but forgets basic concepts like employee retention - Practises toxicity as an art form — calling team members individually to FORCE us to talk bad about each other “for team improvement,” which of course destroys the team instead - And yes, I’ll admit, my annoyance with certain individuals has reached a point where even their facial expression feels like a personal attack (fully acknowledging the pettiness) SALARY & WORKLOAD - Severely understaffed — the reviews don’t lie - One person often carries the workload of 3–4 - Zero guidance: “Just watch YouTube to learn and get back to me” (fantastic leadership model) - Underpaid even for SME standards — which is extra fun on top of the toxic environment - Fresh graduate? No experience? Perfect! You’ll learn everything yourself while receiving a lovely combination of mocking, backstabbing, and blame from management - Can only attract fresh grads or extremely desperate job seekers — because anyone experienced knows exactly what kind of circus this place is CAREER GROWTH - No talks, no MIA training, no speakers, no motivation sessions, no digital training, no system training, no CPD — absolutely zero - You operate in a bubble of 100+ clients, without guidance from anyone - You’re told to “do first,” but later you’re scolded because it’s wrong - Career progression? More like career confinement P/S: The only good department here is the secretarial department, such a wonderful and softspoken director. Disclaimer: All content here is based entirely on my personal experience. Mileage may vary depending on department, manager, and levels of cosmic luck.

Pros

1. Gain a lot of knowledge because company got skilled top management and many messy client with problem to solve. 2. Best colleagues! 3. Decent benefit

Cons

1. Unrealistic dateline. More workload within short period of time. 2. Fast-track. Most of the time, you need to self learn then when you make mistakes, they will scold you and badmouth you. Not recommended for fresh grad to join as they expect you to know everything without proper guidance. 3. Yelling at staffs without any discussion first when mistakes happen. Cant communicate properly. 4. Culture fostered stress and insecurity rather than confidence and development. Employees often to be blamed for issues rather being guided toward solution.
