Good colleagues and thats all
Honestly, I’m quite frustrated with the company. The boss always says they’re open-minded, but when we give real, honest feedback, it’s not actually accepted. During the interview, it was presented as a medium-sized company, but after joining, there are only 3–4 people, totally different from what was expected. There’s no proper guidance or mentorship at all; you basically have to figure out everything yourself from A to Z. They always say they can “see your effort,” but there’s no real reward, increment, or recognition to match it. On top of that, the salary is under the market range, and the turnover rate is high.

Very supportive colleagues and easy access via LRT.
A very high level of turnover. Majority of employees find it challenging to remain long term, and only a small proportion manage to survive the probation period :)

*Very poor management – both the company and the leadership are immature. *Insufficient resources to support personal or professional growth. *The bosses often say they are “open-minded” and encourage suggestions, but when you actually raise feedback, they push back and get upset. *The bosses never admit their fault, it’s always someone else’s fault. *“If you didn’t remind them, it’s your fault. If they didn’t remind you, you deserved it.” *They say you can share any problems, feedback, or ideas, but in the end, it turns into “you’re not professional.” *The bosses play favorites and target certain employees. *No sense of time management or punctuality.
