The people there are great, friendly, sociable, and all of them are hard-working
Really poor management, no direction, poor decision making, lack of business sense, which led to poor service levels to their clients.
Interesting production work with client
Poor treatment of hard working people. Requires two days notice for a doctors appointment, doctors appointment confirmation required. Worker on the line have mandatory overtime to work six days a week

Working for the significant brand. People. No sales (in-house division) Independence in day to day activities. Variety of accounts to look after for the more ambitious individuals.
Low pay and inconsistent salary levels within the same function. Poor retention internally and expectation from longer serving employees to baby sit new staff with management being rarely involved. Limited opportunities to progress.
