The company needed more direct relationships with clients and hiring managers. More exclusive relationships would be beneficial.

Complete psychopaths that work on whatever jobs they want and just lie to your face Very petty culture and nobody at management level can make a decision. Zero atmosphere in the office and an insidious culture. The majority of people are there for a visa and of the ones that aren't, probably 90% are only there as wouldn't last elsewhere. - as a result it's THE most mediocre environment known to man. Senior management are clueless and promote whoevers face fits to the point that it's almost embarrassing hearing some of the help they give out. Staff turnover is very high (and they then stopped reporting those figures on the monthly report) Inconsistent branding - they claim social responsibility yet work with tobacco companies

No bonuses, unless client facing

Salary is below the average.

dont give preference to there employees. fulltime working. extra hours working. no leaves for training period.

Longer working hours than some organisations Not enough flexibility
