Great company and community, I feel listened to and supported, realistic KPI's and great Management.

Too many role changes for the sales-based team, we are one role but when they need all hands on deck they like to add to your plate and tell you rather than ask what is needed from you and if you are OK with the changes. They very much care about the numbers but that is expected in a sales role.

Great people, fun work environment, work hard - play hard policy. A very good place to start out your career - one of the best training programs in the industry as well as a huge volume of job orders.
Cons
A "boys" club; very hard to advance into management if you're the opposite sex, or not related to someone up high. They would favour someone who they can go out and talk about sports, have a couple of drinks.

Great brand and structure. Good platform for people who look to join recruitment with a MNC. A lot of marketing efforts and resources that helps to push the brand name out to the market. Good culture and people bond well together

Lack of transparency among the management. Certain managers aren't fully qualified for the role. Ideally they want someone who is very independent and be able to manage at minimal.
