Industry, very sales-driven culture but expected

I wished that the meeting could be longer

Too many role changes for the sales-based team, we are one role but when they need all hands on deck they like to add to your plate and tell you rather than ask what is needed from you and if you are OK with the changes. They very much care about the numbers but that is expected in a sales role.

A "boys" club; very hard to advance into management if you're the opposite sex, or not related to someone up high. They would favour someone who they can go out and talk about sports, have a couple of drinks.

Low pay, some managerial issues.

Lack of transparency among the management. Certain managers aren't fully qualified for the role. Ideally they want someone who is very independent and be able to manage at minimal.

Severe lack of structure and focused management

Salary and commission can be quite low

I was often re-located often due to lack of work

Not a lot of guidance from management. Not a good introduction (not enough info, lack of guidance).
