Nothing really comes to mind
Great work environment. Definitely felt like a family.
My particular location was tasking so get ready for long hours on your feet
quick hiring process, good communication
the pay compared to full time
Got me signed up quickly
Okay, communication not very good
Growth and development opportunities Constructive and collaborative feedback from managers Health and wellbeing discounts and seminars offered Ability to develop a strong network within the business and with clients
None that come to mind
At randstad they provide supportive training to gain confidence within the role. Constant feedback is given
The training for your role does start 3 to 4 months within the role, sometimes it feels like its a little too late to be learning as you have already learned along the way
Very helpful recruiters and have a good understanding
No negatives to say about them
pto, autonomy, purpose, growth opportunities
merit/cola increases, consistent mgmt support across lines of business
Friendly colleagues in the office
Too much pressure, low salary, no work recognition
Working for Randstad is great, the support from day one and intergrating into the team was smooth and enjoyed every moment. Everyday is different from working on webinars, social media or maybe out for events with clients. Randstad has certainly kept me on my toes. Office atmosphere is always great and feel relaxed yet hungry to continue to work and help improve lives.
Business could improve in communication between departments.
