Pros

good days during the public listing era.. During that time, everyone work like a family and employees being treated like own family.

Cons

downside begin when the company being taken private by Tan Sri. Getting his own people and relatives into the management to run the politic business. The office politics is so heavy, that there isn't harmonious working environment in the company. The benefits are getting worse by the day gone. Unbelievable high employee turnover. low morale and motivation.
