Work Life Balance & Good salary
Cons
1. Nothing positive about this company. There are no real benefits. The top management only provides the bare minimum and acts like it's something extraordinary. 2. The company keeps expanding but neglects the needs of its staff, such as salary increments and bonuses. They always use the same excuse every year. 3. Favouritism is rampant among upper management, especially in Top management. They are unprofessional when it comes to solving issues and often overlook trivial things instead of real issue among staff. They’re also very manipulative when handling conflicts between staff. 4. All department superiors are unprofessional. They act differently in front of their management but behave childish with their staff. This might stem from HR’s failure to properly vet candidates during interviews and assess personalities. 5. My department feels like a circus. I don’t get credited for my work. My superior constantly interrupts me and takes credit for my hard work, claiming to management that “WE” did the work when in fact I’m the ONLY one who did it. He doesn’t help with any of the tough tasks, lacks common sense, and has poor social skills. He’s always interfering in discussions and doesn’t have the qualities of a good leader. He even stands up from his seat when the management walks in, just to monitor my work. I call him “fake it ‘til you make it.” 6. Career growth here is impossible. The management ignores ideas and inquiries from staff. There’s no proper equipment or workplace, and no extra training or courses are offered. The management only engages with their favourite staff and never takes the time to get to know the rest of the team. They rely on second-hand information and often get it wrong. Conclusion Upper management show favoritism. Superiors are self-serving, taking credit for others’ work and failing to manage their teams properly. There are no benefits, and the company’s finances are suffering due to its focus on expansion while ignoring staff welfare. The management is manipulative, constantly changing their story, and willing to lie to maintain control. Please take my feedback into careful consideration. Don’t be fooled by the company’s advertisements. Protect your mental health and time.
