1) Poor to low salary package as comparable to market 2) Poor to low work dedication from the long serving working employees. 3) Push non-related task to others.

Benefits not as per current living cost s especially on medical and outstation allowances. Too many drama and toxic environment

Restricted exposure with limited opportunity

Previously was all good but when most of senior management leaving company performance is dropping

Low progression and no career opportunities
