No one knows what they're doing, so the bar to impress people is low.
Bad leadership, bad treatment towards certain employees, and very political environment. Very backdated mindset when it comes to strategizing, and will pin the blame on smaller factors when the big picture that was devised by themselves was flawed. Extreme expectations with outdated resources. Retrenched? They say they provide a better deal than PERKESO, but they will cut any corner they can unless it is brought up, and you will get a lot of sweet-talking but with minimal support. Only two people earn my respect there.

From my personal experience working in this company, they encourage work-life balance through our Family Outing Day Allowance and completing work on-time, allowing employees to spend more quality time with their loved ones.
