No one knows what they're doing, so the bar to impress people is low.
Bad leadership, bad treatment towards certain employees, and very political environment. Very backdated mindset when it comes to strategizing, and will pin the blame on smaller factors when the big picture that was devised by themselves was flawed. Extreme expectations with outdated resources. Retrenched? They say they provide a better deal than PERKESO, but they will cut any corner they can unless it is brought up, and you will get a lot of sweet-talking but with minimal support. Only two people earn my respect there.
Manager
From my personal experience working in this company, they encourage work-life balance through our Family Outing Day Allowance and completing work on-time, allowing employees to spend more quality time with their loved ones. However, culture isn’t one-way—it’s a two-way journey. While we provide the tools, resources, and support, employees also play a crucial role. Taking initiative, being proactive, and embracing opportunities for growth are key to making the most of what SEAGM has to offer. Beyond professional growth, they care about our employees' well-being - ensuring our team stays healthy and supported. but the impact is greatest when employees actively engage in these benefits and take charge of their personal and professional development.
Company recognised the need for more talented individuals who are ready to take on challenges, explore opportunities, and contribute to our vision. Sitiawan is a place filled with untapped potential, and we are committed to create more job opportunity and develop more talent here.
