The company is supportive. Many things depend on your manager. I am blessed for that. My manager is really cooperative.
Seagate is a large company so you will not get work as a startup company.

* No support for MAC laptops/ products. Being a Bay Area company this is a set back.

- Promotions by chance - Unfair employee recognition - Lower Total compensation when compared with competitors particularly VLSI/ DT/ Software - Frequent lay offs with less logics..as they rehire again :)
