The company very old school.
- Good work-life balance, hardly have to work OT. - Friendly workplace with positive work culture. - Depending on your seniority/job responsibility, will have access to things like car allowance, insurance coverage for self and/or family, car park (reserved/non-reserved), etc. - Good career progression/opportunities. - Company prioritises CSR initiatives. -
- Salary is somewhat on the lower end compared to industry standards (for creative/advertising agency-type roles).
Virtually none, sorry to say
the title says it all.
Understanding supervisor, did not have pressure
No public transport to the office
Got Alot of benefits here
Nothing tht i can think of
Fun, increase confidence in talking to people, laidback environment
Overwork, need to do all alone including setup the booth everyday, cant let the photobooth stay in mall at the back must setup and clean the booth everyday even though tomorrow gonna work again, didnt get enough work tools and got mad because it's not enough like what?Training time is not properly scheduled
Great Team, Awesome Work-Life Balance, Fun and inclusive environment.
If you're a junior, the learning curve is quite high - but you're lucky enough to have a very supportive team and management that supports your initiatives.
Caring and believe in growth
Too many unrealistic ideas which sometime dilute the objectives
Fast learner.Able to quickly understand tasks and adapt to new environments.
Sometimes shy at first, but I warm up quickly once I’m familiar with the environment.
- Decent work life balance - Friendly colleagues willing to guide you - Team is really capable and good at what they do
- Lowballed salary compared to the market price. Many were promoted without the proper salary increase to show for it. Horrible yearly increment as well - Client Servicing had too big of a say in outputs and more involved in the brainstorming process compared to the actual creatives
