Working at Sigma School has been fulfilling. I'm able to learn new things along the way aswell as express my ideas and implement them. We get a lot of self autonomy despite working from home (no micromanagement whatsoever) though there are standups which is a given when WFH. The management is great and very understanding. Workload is also manageable.

I understand my role very clearly, and I can get help from the seniors whenever I need it. I also learn alot on the job with the tools we use on the job. No one is chilling here, everyone is working or building something that moves the needle

Working in a fast-paced environment enables you to learn quickly and adapt to different situations. Overall, working here as an instructor has not only groomed me professionally but has also made me happy to see the lives we've transformed by helping people switch to a tech career. I sincerely thank Deric, the founder of Sigma School, for being such a great CEO. My time here has been wonderful. And also, thank you to Haris, head of education, who created the education materials. They were much better than what I studied in my degree. My life has changed because of the new skills I've picked up! I was once a student too, and my life changed by joining a bootcamp. If you have a passion for impacting other people's lives, Sigma School is a place for you to grow and shine!
