You will work yourself to death in management. When things go wrong they go very very wrong and there is no room for emotion or panic.

The management is cruel to it's employees. They will break you down and make you feel like you are nothing. They are all about the money and do not care about the patients at all. You do not get any sort of benefit package, or a discount on the products. You have to earn the right to get skin treatments done for free (every place I've ever worked offered free treatments as a perk).
