been working for a year & a half, the management are improving alot, lots of benefits for me, such as allowance, products, bonus, medical etc.
I just wish we have the option to work from home.
Product development
Given chance to experiment with new ideas
No WFH, need to be onsite every day
Fresh graduate management training program
Working at Skintific Cosmetics offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-growing beauty brand
Sales and marketing employees might feel intense pressure to meet high performance targets, which could be stressful for some individuals.
Brand marketing
Dynamic setting, competitive salary, cooperative coworkers.
While the pace keeps things exciting, the lack of work-life balance could lead to burnout.
Kol specialist
Good salary & benefit (free products too) Will not bother you during your leave
Management is still a mess, HR is too involved in small matters Manager has too much power, can be very subjective and HR will follow one sidedly Not healthy for your mental health can be very draining a lot of unimportant drama On weeekend you will still bring home work Sometimes you can feel anxiety whether they will cut you because you lack in reaching KPI(KPI can be too high to achieve) The culture is looking for your fault, they will never appreciate your work first before making comments to improve Work is very administrative, you will not learn much You do all your work, manager only ask how come not reach or finding your faults if you make mistake and give u pressure
Social media team
>Working with a well known brand helps your career portfolio >Worked with different team >Transfer knowledge from previous leader was smooth
Some late night tweaks needed during campaigns
Offline sales agent
Fast-moving, good income, amazing colleagues.
It's thrilling for those who thrive under pressure, but the early hours are a drawback.
Fast-track work, rewarding salary, great team.
Some may excel in this environment, though others might struggle without more flexibility.
Tiktok live host
Good for gaining new knowledge
But not for long term
Senior talent acquisition specialist
Strong brand reputation, good career progression & suitable for people who want to try advance in their career as well as making money in my opinion.
The break time is too long & preferably to start at 9 instead 8.30
Marketing
No overtime work, offer career growth
Working fully from office everyday
Direct exposure to brand campaigns
Pressure during launch week is intense
High visibility content, learned a lot from metrics
Everything moves very fast, priorities change
Marketing specialist
bers oriented, very agile, lots of gen Z.
Too much restrictions, not generous to employees, the culture is not the best one to grow a team.

- their leader is extreamly young, can't provide solutions, can't disscuss with the team for any problem, self centered. can't decide or take action that can make us be better. only care about what CN manager want. - ther CN Manager doesn't know what to do or what they want, instruction are unclear. can't even talk english properly. sometimes calling employee stupid, yelling and angry all the time. - give you work without no explanations and then they ask you why you messed up - everybody is personal judge - personal issues bring to office issues - HR favoritism and don't have solutions to employee problem. always pro on CN Manager, never been on employee side. - only care for the profit never care about employee well being. - lack of appreciation - no career ladder - expect we only have a life on work, often disturb day off. - 1 person doing 5 person job, expect us to multitask all the time and we can do all the job they giving us to do. - never pay attention when we explain something. - always blame employee for every problem, never think to find what is the point of the problem. - coworkers who are always angry, depressed, and stabbing each other - HIGH TURNOVER RATE - if we want to resign we need to pay everything they already gave us (sallary, bonus). even when it is not written on the contracts. - don't get training, they expect you to understand the job by yourself, if messed up it's you who's wrong.
Energetic atmosphere, solid wages, good rapport with peers.
The demanding speed may drive success, but it risks employee well-being.
1. good teamwork (if you in a right group, or else, you will face big mental issue there) 2. Job given, okayyy. If you know the tricks to hit KPI, the management will push you to the max, so you must achieve it EVERY MONTH. if they realize your KPI is lower, they will keep asking and pushing until your KPI increases. 3. not a work-life balance type of job. MKT basically works with KOLs so you have to suits your work timeline with theirs (basically they will ask questions on the weekends, and you WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND). 4. Salary okay, but no bonus if you achieve KPI, so you're just like a slave, basically.
1. TOO MANY. red flag company and will leave big TRAUMA for you
Talent acquisition
Working in here has been a truly positive experience. The work environment is comfortable, friendly, and highly supportive, Colleagues are open-minded and always willing to share knowledge. You can work-life balance in here, it’s also very easy to request time off, as long as it's communicated clearly in advance. On top of that, the company provides a good benefits like health insurance
As the brand is growing rapidly, there are frequent changes in direction, processes, or priorities. It can be challenging to keep up if you're not comfortable with a dynamic environment but if you're someone who thrives on growth and new challenges, you'll likely find it exciting rather than overwhelming
Human resources
- nice co-worker and environment - my leader is always considerate - workload still considerable - great benefits and components
- every department seems like working individually, even in the different building and there's none such thing as monthly gathering or smth to make us close - the projects are heavy - we can't really rely on the seniors
The job is easy to do
No system. No manager Feels like highschool, everyone likes to shout and scream. Not conducive Colleagues are toxic The most toxic colleagues Too many malays
good salary for fresh graduates
i didn’t get any bonus back then :(
