Management is still a mess, HR is too involved in small matters Manager has too much power, can be very subjective and HR will follow one sidedly Not healthy for your mental health can be very draining a lot of unimportant drama On weeekend you will still bring home work Sometimes you can feel anxiety whether they will cut you because you lack in reaching KPI(KPI can be too high to achieve) The culture is looking for your fault, they will never appreciate your work first before making comments to improve Work is very administrative, you will not learn much You do all your work, manager only ask how come not reach or finding your faults if you make mistake and give u pressure

Some late night tweaks needed during campaigns

It's thrilling for those who thrive under pressure, but the early hours are a drawback.

Some may excel in this environment, though others might struggle without more flexibility.

But not for long term

The break time is too long & preferably to start at 9 instead 8.30
