Good Company in my opinion
Very very good company to work in
Supportive environment by some reporting managers, open work culture.
It's unfair that you dismissed some of your employees for the reasons "closed off many projects", "not enough funds", while other employees received their salary increments. It shows that you have the dirty politics in your organisation, or you wanted to keep the budget for your own increments or bonuses, or for some favourite employees. When you want to recruit the person, it took so many layers and processes. But when you have recruited the employee, and you no longer wanted to keep them, you just simply dismissed them. It's unfair and so bias.
- Direct exposure to key leadership - Respectful and collaborative culture - Issues are heard and addressed quickly - Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Frequent sudden pivots - Very fast pace can be demanding - High workload at times
Sols Foundation is my best first company to work for.
Somehow it comes to overload but still manageable with everyones' cooperation
The people working here are fun, and the management is not the type to tell you to shut up and just do your work. If you have concerns and challenges, you are seen, heard and understood.
Benefits are lower than other companies but still good enough, and management is always trying to give more every year.
